Hurst Jaws of Life® Introduces MOC Ultra, the Most Powerful Cutter to Date

SHELBY, NC, 12/1/06 –Hurst Jaws of Life®, a leading manufacturer of rescue and extrication products, recently announced the introduction of a new cutter, the MOC Ultra. This new tool is one of the most powerful cutting tools in the world. 

The MOC Ultra boasts over 195,000 lbs. of cutting force yet weighs in at a mere 46 lbs. It can cut up to 1.6” steel bar with power to spare. The cutting force of the MOC Ultra makes it an incredibly effective tool with the advent of super hardened materials found in many newer vehicles today.  Along with vehicle extrication, it also offers improved performance for urban search and rescue operations, structural collapse, and industrial rescue situations.
