If there is a requirement to reroute the sewage from defective piping by bypassing the defective location and letting the sewage flow back into the pipeline behind this location, then bypass bags are the suitable solution due to their largest possible through-flowing opening. Only five bypass bags are required for pipe diameters from 100 mm to 1,200 mm (4 inch to 47 inch).
PDK 10/20 and PDK 20/50
With the large PDK 10/20 and PDK 20/50 the bypass adapters are fitted on the PE core with screws. By doing this, the bypass adapter can, if necessary, be exchanged for a test adapter without any difficulty (for compressed air or water pressure testing).
PDK 50/80 and PDK 50/120
With bypass bags PDK 50/80 and PDK 50/120, the ducts (also with outside threads) are directly in the PE core. If required, a through-flowing opening of up to 8° can be supplied for both sizes.
PDK 60/120
The PDK 60/120 corresponds, in design, to the flex-bag (internal hose pipeline). The diameter of the opening is, in this case, 4°.
The outside thread enables the connection coupling to be freely selectable.
