"End User" Hurst 5,000 PSI Preventative Maintenance Training
Preventative maintenance is very important but often overlooked. Cleanliness and proper lubrication is essential to continued troublefree operation of your Hurst Jaws of Life rescue system. We offer a preventive maintenance program that will include the yearly maintenance requirements as outlined in products owner’s manual. This course includes how to properly inspect, clean, lube and torque your tools blades, hose and coupling inspection, control valve testing and performance testing all of your Departments Low Pressure Hurst tools.
You will also learn how to check and adjust your hydraulic power unit’s second stage shifting point and output pressure. The procedure for the annual changing of the systems hydraulic fluid is also included.
A certificate of completion will be provided.
